This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.This is a key role supporting the delivery of the ILAAP, Liquidity Stress Testing.The Treasury and ALM Manager will be responsible for: Oversight of the local ALCO production process (including preparation of ALCO packs, agenda, minute taking, follow up on action points, dashboards, etc.) and will be expected to present on various topics in the local ALCO.Drive liquidity optimization of the banks and branches across the region taking into consideration various balance sheet constraints.End-to-end liquidity risk (including intraday) management including monitoring and management of LCR, NSFR and Liquidity Stress-Testing (LST) in close co-ordination with the EMEA Funding Desk and Chief Investment Office.Drive consistency and implement best practices though close collaboration with Global stakeholders.Deliver Treasury related documents including liquidity policies, Contingency Funding Plans, ILAAPs, elements of Recovery Plans etc.Support with regulatory, second line and internal audit exams/reviews including remediation of issues.Represent Treasury at various forums/committees on liquidity related topics.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent qualification.4-7 years of banking experience in a Treasury or Risk Management function with strong focus on liquidity management.Superior organizational skills.Good project management and report writing skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluency in EnglishAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
