Sprinklr Professional Services acts as a trusted advisor and project implementation unit towards our customers.This rolemanages aportionof Sprinklr Professional Services project portfolio inCentral and North Europe team.The successful candidate will lead apartteam of high-performing consultantsand project managersfocused on successful, value-oriented Sprinklr deployments that ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.

1. Managesand directsapart of regionalhigh-performing consulting team, contributing to the development of ImplementationConsultants, Project Managers and Managed Services consultants.
2. Providesboth technical and organizational leadership towards the team.
3. Maintainsown and team performance against key business metrics, such asutilization, revenuegeneration and project profitability, implementing strategies to enhanceindividualand teamperformance where applicable.
4. Co-definesandmaintainsregional implementation practice strategy, in collaboration with other regional implementationleaders.
5. Collaborateswith otherunits across Sprinklrwith a particular focus on collaboration with license sales.
6. Assuresimplementationdelivery standards at cross-team level andtakes actionwhen standards are notmet.
7. Facilitates team feedback to regionalprofessionalservices leadership.
8. Partners with Engagement Management leaders onforecasted services opportunities,projectscopeand resources.
9. Maintainsa high levelof employee satisfaction, developing starperformers,and implementing strategies for underperformers.
10. Ensuresa high levelof implementationexpertiseacross the Sprinklr product, in line with platform development and delivery pipeline requirements.
11. Participates in high-level, strategic customer meetings in support of consultants,representingSprinklrProfessionalServices leadership.
12. Acts asan escalation point forimplementationconsultants, for both internal and external stakeholders.
13. Contributes to the Sprinklr sales cycle whereappropriate tocontribute deliveryexpertiseand represent SprinklrProfessionalServices
14. Coordinatesexpert-level solution recommendationsand problem resolution when needed through reusing knowledge across projects.
What Makes You Qualified
15. Minimum8 yearsofexperience intechnology consulting orprofessional servicesunitof an enterprise SaaS vendor. Prior experience managing and developing services teams.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly competent and confident presenter.
17. Strong people and team management skills.
18. Strongwillingness to learn and absorbtechnicalconcepts.Demonstrate a passion for the customer experience technology with eagerness to learn
19. Highly commercially aware and able to manage aportionof the project portfolio for revenue and marginality.
20. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, withinregionand acrossregions.
21. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignmentssimultaneously.
22. Passion for solving client and internal challenges, and commitment to clientdelight.
23. University degree, or higheradvantageous.
24. German language skillsoptional and a plus.
