Job Description
We are looking for a working student/Intern (m/f/d) to support our Product Planning & Advanced Engineering department in developing thermal management System (TMS) for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV). Thermal management system (TMS) plays a very important role in cabin, battery, and powertrain thermal management. Thermal management Systems have a significant effect on the driving range of the vehicle. Vehicle needs of thermal management are ever increasing which has resulted in development of more complex thermal management systems and its control. As a working student/Intern (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to get insight into TMS and contribute to development of efficient TMS. You will build an experimental setup, carry out experiments & analyze the results.
Qualifications
•Currently enrolled in a Master study with a focus on automotive/mechanical/thermal engineering or similar.
•Good understanding of fluid mechanics & heat transfer.
•Interested in carrying out hands on experimental work.
•Has an interest to work in the automotive area.
•Knowledge of system simulation tools like GT suite, Dymola etc is an added advantage.
•Analytic thinking skills.
•Good MS-Office skills are required (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Good English skills both written and spoken.
