Where? At our location in Mainz or Berlin
YOUR MISSION
* Identifying the needs of the markets by monitoring activities and communicating regularly with the sales and marketing team
* Management of marketing, social media and communication
* Planning, implementing and monitoring marketing activities and campaign
* Managing the social media platforms (Facebook groups) and Telegram channels to ensure information is posted in a timely manner and to increase engagement
* Working closely with the copywriters in the team to develop creative campaigns
* Managing the translation of marketing materials into the required languages and their distribution and delivery
* Planning training topics and ensuring all monthly events, training and activities are developed and communicated in a timely manner
* Supporting the delivery of physical and online events, in particular Zoom webinars, product launches and sales related initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
* You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or similar
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience in network marketing / direct sales / international brands
* You have experience in working with CMS (preferably WordPress) and basic knowledge of Adobe CC (file formats, InDesign, Photoshop and PremierPro)
* You are good at creating communication materials / print media (e-newsletters, flyers, etc.)
* You work independently and goal-oriented and enjoy presenting in front of larger groups
* You are creative and detail-oriented and have good time management skills
* You have very good MS Office skills
* You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
