Sander is a specialist recruitment agency covering Finance, Technology, HR & Legal. Brussels, Antwerp, Paris — 45+ people, 600+ placements, 200% growth in 3 years. Our Technology practice is growing and we need Business Managers who bring the commercial firepower to take it further.
You own a client portfolio in the Technology sector and drive the full recruitment cycle. You develop new business, manage relationships and close placements, all while positioning yourself as the go-to partner for tech hiring in Brussels.
* Prospect and develop a client portfolio in the IT/Tech B2B sector across Brussels
* Cold call, pitch and convert : you're not waiting for leads to come to you
* Run mandates end-to-end: client briefing, headhunting, interviews, presentation, offer management
* Source and attract top tech profiles through direct approach, LinkedIn and your network
* Advise clients on tech market trends, in-demand skills and salary benchmarks
* Manage your pipeline with precision and follow every deal through to signature
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a B2B commercial role : recruitment, tech sales, business development or consulting
* Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling : rejection doesn't slow you down
* Commercially driven, target-oriented and hungry for results
* You build relationships fast and you know how to keep them
* Bilingual French & English (mandatory)
* Bachelor's degree minimum
* Affinity with the tech sector is a plus, curiosity about it is a must
