Key Responsibilities
1. Perform manual finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, buffing, and deburring to ensure smooth surfaces and eliminate imperfections
2. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
3. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in the finishing process
4. Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns regarding product quality or process improvement opportunities
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment
