Requirements
* Collaborate with clients to understand payroll requirements through workshops, questionnaires, and structured configuration sessions.
* Lead the setup and configuration of payroll systems, ensuring alignment with client needs and business processes.
* Validate payroll solutions and integrations, ensuring full compliance with Austrian legal payroll regulations.
* Assist with data mapping, migration, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
* Prepare Year-to-Date (YTD) data and confirm readiness for system go-live.
* Manage key testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E), and parallel payroll runs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues in coordination with global support teams.
* Oversee go-live activities, ensuring accurate configurations, complete data readiness, and a smooth transition.
* Provide tailored configuration solutions and recommendations based on specific client needs.
* Manage post-go-live updates and configurations, ensuring continued system alignment with evolving client requirements.
* Document workflows, processes, and system configurations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to local and global teams.
* Monitor project milestones, report progress to project managers, and ensure timely delivery within deadlines.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in implementing SAP HCM solutions, with active participation in 3+ successful payroll project rollouts.
* In-depth knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
* Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A client-focused, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative team approach.
