Founding DACH Care Professional Recruitment Lead
Remote flexible with in market relationship building
We are hiring a Founding DACH Care Professional Recruitment Lead to build the German and DACH care professional pipeline for a fast growing international childcare and cultural exchange company.
This is not a standard HR recruiting role.
This is a market building seat for someone who knows how to create a pipeline, sell an opportunity, follow up with discipline, build partnerships, and eventually lead a small recruiting team.
S. families who need specialized childcare support. Candidates are often nurses, social workers, educators, therapists, and other care trained professionals who want to spend a year abroad gaining international experience while supporting families with meaningful childcare needs.
You will own the German and DACH care professional pipeline from the ground up.
What is missing is a true sales minded recruiting operator who can turn that into a repeatable, scalable engine.
You will start hands on. As the model proves out, the goal is for you to help hire and manage 2 to 4 recruiters or coordinators underneath you.
Build and manage the German and DACH care professional pipeline
Convert warm, inbound, and dormant leads into approved candidates
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, associations, and direct outreach
Build relationships with schools, hospitals, healthcare training programs, nursing programs, social work organizations, and other institutional partners
Help build and manage a small recruiting team once the model is working
The right person is part recruiter, part sales operator, part partnership builder, and part future team leader.
You should be energized by building something, not waiting for a system to be handed to you.
Fluent German and English
Proven experience in recruiting, sales, business development, agency recruiting, or high volume candidate acquisition
Comfortable in a performance based compensation structure
Able to work independently without needing a corporate support system
Willing to be hands on before managing a team
Experience in healthcare, nursing, social work, education, childcare, international placement, or early career recruiting
Existing relationships with German healthcare schools, hospitals, training programs, or social work institutions
