Your roleAs our Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Paid Social France, you will be the engine of our new customer acquisition efforts. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our French paid social strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth.Execute and optimize the full-funnel paid social strategy for the French market, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPABlend your analytical skills with a deep understanding of French culture, understanding what triggers engagement on French social media and use these insights to brief the creative team, ensuring every ad hits the sweet spot between performance data and cultural relevanceManage the campaign architecture on Meta, leveraging features like Advantage+ Shopping and advantage features and supporting our expansion into new channels like TikTok by executing tests and establishing best practicesManage and optimize large, feed-based campaigns, such as Catalogue Ads and DPA at scale, utilizing sophisticated audience and product segmentation to maximize relevance and returnAnalyze creative performance, identify actionable insights, and support a rigorous testing framework to understand what drives resultsDive deep into performance data to understand trends, reporting on the specificities of the French market to leadership and adapting the strategy accordinglyWork closely with the French Country Team and creative teams, as well as the DACH Performance Marketing Team to share learnings and coordinate on strategy executionYour profile3-4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Social (META is essential)A proven track record of managing and scaling 7-digit budgets across multiple channels, specifically for French customersWhile you have strong experience in META, you have hands-on experience with at least one other major paid social channel, such as TikTok or Pinterest; Experience with Google Ads is a strong plusA highly analytical and data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insightsStrong experience with feed-based advertising, product catalogues, and the specific challenges and opportunities of a large D2C e-commerce businessYou have a testing mindset and understand features like conversion lift and incrementality testing, including their insights, practical applications, and limitations in driving actionable performance decisionsA genuine passion for performance marketing, with a constant desire to test, learn, and grow your skillsA genuine curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas, tools, and approaches, and are a proactive problem solverFluency in English and French is requiredWhat we offerAn appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins & nutrientsWe offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New YearThe Urban Sports Club membership and either Swapfiets bike rental or a subsidy for the DeutschlandticketWe believe great things happen when we meet in person, which is why we embrace a hybrid model with one home office day per week – up to two depending on the area you are working in – and up to two weeks per year working from abroadReceive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or ExpediaYou will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideasInviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the worldWe like to celebrate each other!
