Wind Project Development LeaderOversee the entire value chain of wind project development, including land acquisition, planning and approval.Responsibilities:Strategic alignment and support for the team throughout the value chain.Project development monitoring, including identification and securing of land, planning, and approval.Compliance with legal regulations and company policies in project development strategies.Coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders such as landowners, municipalities, and authorities.Support for acquisition managers in land securing and contract negotiations.Representation of the company to politics, authorities, landowners, tenants, and local communities.Development and implementation of effective strategies for wind project acquisition and development.Project progress monitoring and adjustments to achieve goals.Requirements:Relevant degree in geography, urban planning, business administration, or engineering.Vocational training with experience in the wind energy sector.Extensive experience in renewable energy, preferably in wind energy.Leadership experience with ability to lead and inspire a team.Strong organizational and project management skills.Team player with collaborative mindset.High initiative, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit.Excellent communication skills in German.Good English skills.This is an opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy.
