We are seeking a highly skilled professional to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in addressing business needs through technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical analysis skills, with the ability to define and design new systems, modules, and solutions in various areas, including case management, document management, forensics, and analytical tools.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Conduct technical analysis of business processes and functional requirements
* Define and design new systems, modules, and solutions for various ecosystems
* Conduct market research and product evaluation/prototypes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Develop high-level and detailed solution concepts and technical designs
* Participate in design thinking sessions to analyze requirements and propose prototypes
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and components designs
* Perform system data modeling and corporate data flow analysis, including interoperability requirements
* Advise project teams on recommended solutions and implementation steps
* Supervise the development of new products/solutions and evaluate their performance within the case management ecosystem
* Coordinate tasks of external suppliers and validate the quality of delivered products from a technical and functional perspective
* Perform impact and risk analysis in relation to analyzed requirements and change requests
* Maintain, test, and improve business and systems operations
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of higher education (Master or equivalent) and at least 8 years of working experience after higher education. A good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes is essential, as well as previous experience within an EU institution or financial company in software development projects translating complex business processes into case management and workflow solutions.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of analysis/modelling tools, architectural design patterns, solution architecture design, and extensive hands-on experience in various technologies, including IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, and IBM Content Navigator. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and knowledge of DevOps processes, security standards, and continuous integration and delivery processes are also highly desirable.
