We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative, to play an important role prospecting and analyzing potential clients for the company and qualifying leads. Organizes and coordinates first contact appointments with potential clients.
Ideal Candidate:
* Will have previous experience in international logistics and freight forwarding.
* Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Knowledge of the local/interational markets
Key Contribution:
* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Understanding customer needs and requirements
* Follow-up to confirmation of assigned leads.
* Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts to secure favourable outcomes
* Monitoring of growth and development of new business lines
