This role involves managing a team, reviewing contracts and reports from a legal standpoint, coordinating and participating in board meetings, maintaining statutory registers, handling billing, advising clients on documentation preparation and submission, liaising with notaries, lawyers, and banks, and ensuring proper communication within the business lines and other internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate services and be fluent in French. They will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of corporate and accounting services, including the provision of a registered office address if needed.
