Job Purpose
Management of the local production team and supervision of the production. Liaising with the
Head of Production and managing the delivery of the output for clients.
Responsibilities
* Production planning with allocation of delivery dates
* Monitoring of production processes
* Monitoring and cooperation in production-related testing
* Participation in the optimization of production processes within the framework of operational excellence
* Monitoring maintenance tasks (coating systems, brackets, racks, cleaning systems, infrastructure) Determining the need for consumables in production Assessment of investment needs for production
* Preparation of production key figures for reporting
* Personnel management with workforce scheduling Conducting employee appraisals
* Training of employees
Requirements
* Bachelor degree and/or job experience in engineering/science
* Adequate knowledge of PVD/CVD coating technologies
* Knowledge of competitor coating offerings
* Knowledge of NTI coating process and product portfolio
* Knowledge of coating R&D process
* Knowledge of coating machine specification and operation
* Competent in the operation of coating equipment, including preventive maintenance.
* Competent in coating pre-treatment and post-treatment processes.
* Competent in operation of coating analysis instruments, for coating properties evaluation and failure analysis.
* Broad knowledge of engineering products and components in the market
* Good documentation skills
