Job Responsibilities:
Chemical and physical water analysis according to legal requirements
Examination of various foodstuffs for additives and contents (e.g. biogenic amines, heavy metals, ...)
Sensoric examinations of foodstuffs, further education as sensoric specialist
Examination of consumer goods
Statistical evaluation of calibration and measurement data with subsequent documentation in our laboratory database
Documentation of QM measures in the laboratory
Optimization of workflows within the laboratory

Requirements:
Completed training as a technical assistant: CTA, BTA, ATA or similar training
Proficiency in basic principles of laboratory statistics and experience in general chemical laboratory operations
Proficient in Windows, MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly experienced in a laboratory database
Desirable experience with analytical techniques HPLC, GC, GC-MS, ICP-MS and corresponding software (e.g. MassHunter, ChemStation, etc.)
Knowledge of statistical fundamentals and potentially willingness to attend further education
Clean and precise handling of chemicals is self-evident
Team player who engages in maintaining high quality standards of our analysis methods
