Job Title: Financial Portfolio Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Portfolio Specialist to manage a portfolio of financial structures, primarily holdings and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).

Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements as required.
* Oversight of Value-Added Tax (VAT) and tax returns for your portfolio, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Guarantee the preparation and submission of annual accounts within established deadlines to avoid financial penalties or regulatory issues.
* Maintain consistent and proactive communication with external service providers such as auditors, banks, and administrators, ensuring accuracy of the accounting cycle and upholding strong corporate governance across the structures in your portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg.
* Fluency in English and a professional working level of French are mandatory.
* Able to independently manage the full accounting cycle of your portfolio.
* Previous experience with SPVs and holdings is required.
