You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:
* Combination of practical training as an industrial business management assistant with a future-oriented degree in "Business Administration" at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Munich
* Acquisition of an IHK degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree within 4.5 years for an optimal combination of theory and practice
* Acquisition of business management skills for market analysis, project management, budget planning, team leadership, and entrepreneurial decision-making, supplemented by topics related to digital transformation
* Opportunities to specialize in marketing, finance, human resources management and corporate management
* Individual selection of practical training stations such as marketing, human resources management or finance, as well as other exciting areas of the company, for the targeted development of your own interests and strengths and to deepen the theoretical knowledge you have acquired
Independent participation in cross-departmental projects to promote teamwork, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking

* Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification
* Very good to good grades in economics subjects, Math and English
* Interest in commercial tasks

You can expect fair compensation from us:
* 1st year of training: 1.337,00 Euro
* 2nd year of training: 1.398,00 Euro
* 3rd year of training: 1.480,00 Euro
* 4th year of training: 1.777,00 Euro
5th year of training: 1.926,00 Euro
