Opportunity for exceptional talents to join our Nordics team as Relationship Manager within Wealth Management, reporting to the Head Nordics IPB.
Responsibilities
1. Give cross-asset class advise to our client which typically are, ,, and other professional market participants.
2. Responsible for prospecting, new client acquisition and development. Clients acquired will be maintained with the relationship manager.
3. Ensure that clients and prospects benefit from the banks full investment and lending offering through the private banks platform and through cross divisional collaborations.
4. Give investment and financial advise to client and prospects.
5. Collaborate closely with support function to help pursue our ambitious targets.
6. Actively support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performing team.
Skills
7. Proven track record in sales, prospecting and new client acquisitions is expected.
8. Successful relationship managers are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit and a lot of grit that gets energy from finding solutions for clients.
9. Experience in business development and transforming professional and personal network into business opportunities.
10. Fluent in English and a Nordic language (eg. Norwegian).
11. Experience and understanding of Banking and Financial markets.
12. Strong negotiation skills and good ability to overcome objections.
13. A senior team player with leadership skills and experience of people development.
