At this position, you will have direct contact with clients, advisors and third parties, exposing you to various interactions and giving you a diverse role with numerous responsibilities and cases.
Your Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for client communication, creating proposals and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and promptly.
* You will receive instructions from advisors and ensure that the strategy is executed smoothly.
* Drafting precise reports and minutes will be part of your duties.
* You will oversee key performance indicators and contribute to service delivery optimization.
* You will collaborate with compliance and risk teams.
Profile and Career Path:
* You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager in a similar environment such as a fiduciary, a PFS or an AIFM.
* Fluency in English is essential for efficient communication.
* Having organizational skills will enable you to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Strong communication skills are necessary for both internal and external communications.
* Writing skills are also important for drafting documents.
