Our client, a fast-growing IT company delivering best-in-class technologies, is looking for an Account Executive - Outbound Sales to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll be selling monday.com, the leading Work Operating System (Work OS) that helps teams manage projects and workflows more efficiently.
You’ll own the full sales cycle – from identifying potential clients and building relationships, to understanding their challenges and closing deals. You’ll have full support from solution consultants and modern tools, but the drive, energy, and strategy come from you.
What you'll do:
Identify and engage new B2B prospects across various channels
Conduct consultative conversations and product demos with decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle through to close
Use CRM insights to refine your outreach and drive results
Collaborate with tech consultants to ensure long-term client success
Stay ahead of trends in SaaS, productivity tech, and the competitive landscape
What you'll bring:
1+ year of outbound B2B sales experience – ideally in SaaS or complex IT solutions
A proactive, hunter mindset with excellent closing and negotiation skills
Fluent German and solid English skills (B2 or above)
A degree or equivalent qualification in business, IT, or a related field
