We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in hardware sales, ideally within cryogenics or low‑temperature systems, to drive commercial growth across global markets. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys shaping market strategy, and is comfortable engaging deeply with technically sophisticated customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow commercial relationships with customers across research, industrial, and high‑tech markets, RTO's
* Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, translating complex hardware capabilities into clear value propositions
* Identify and prioritize customer segments and geographic markets with significant growth potential
* Develop long‑term account strategies and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap
* Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven track record of building revenue and closing high‑value deals in technical or hardware‑focused sales environments
* Demonstrated experience selling cryogenic, low‑temperature, or closely related hardware systems, with clear evidence of revenue growth
* Background in technical hardware sales or sales engineering, ideally within cryogenics or low temperature
* Ability to engage confidently with physicists, engineers, and procurement teams
* Strong understanding of consultative selling in high‑value, long‑cycle sales environments
