Tax Advisor - Your responsibilities:
* Provide tax advice for clients, focusing on Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) funds
* Prepare tax analyses and opinions on Luxembourg and German tax matters
* Participate in client meetings and manage your portfolio independently
* Support tax authority correspondence and out-of-court proceedings
* Help with tax returns and annual accounts
Tax Advisor - Your Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, or related field
* 2-4 years of experience in corporate or fund taxation (alternative investments a plus)
* Fluent in German and English; French is a bonus
* Proactive, organized, and service-oriented
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
