You ensure that our time and absence processes are fully compliant with German labor law. You collaborate closely with HR to support time-related data flows and system integrations. You act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide expert guidance on system-related topics. You manage Workday releases, testing cycles, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements. You support reporting, audits, and process optimization initiatives to continuously improve our setup.
