* Define standards for process modeling (e.g. modeling language BPMN 2.0) / modeling conventions, design guidelines
* Manage & maintain global process management tool (BIC), incl. catalogue for consistency in terminology, organizational roles & design elements
* Quality gate for process workflows
* Provide guidance and training for (local) process modelers
* Define & share process best practices
* Design global process overview/ landscape

Anforderungen
* Studies in business administration or with knowledge in project and process management and communication
* Several years of experience in strategic and multi project management, optimization of processes
* Extensive knowledge of MBM organization and structures, including local entities setup, good knowledge in automobile financial services
* Experience with BPMN standards
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation, including written and verbal communication (ENG + GER) and the ability to facilitate meetings/conversations
* Project management and agile working methods knowledge, digitalization, and process simulation
* Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
* High level attention to detail and accuracy
