Concept Engineer – Pre-Sales Robotics Solutions

I’m looking for a (Senior) Concept Engineer to play a key role in pre-sales, helping businesses understand the value of modular robotic automation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partner with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored automation concepts.
* Convert requirements into technically sound, cost-efficient robot automation concepts.
* Prepare and deliver demos, simulations, and proof-of-value concepts showcasing real impact.
* Act as the technical expert in sales conversations, making complex robotics understandable.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to coordinate schedules and deliverables.
* Capture customer insights and help influence product development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in technical pre-sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design.
* Proficiency in CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) or simulation tools.
* Strong problem-solving and creativity for developing automation solutions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to make complex tech easy to understand.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
* Fluency in German or English.
Flexible working options: hybrid on-site in Munich or remote from anywhere in Germany with occasional travel to HQ and customer sites.
Salary ranges: €60,000 – €90,000 + bonus + benefits. *Dependent on experience*
