In the role of Team Leader IT Application Solutions (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for a central IT team and work with us to drive the further development of our digital landscape. Ensuring the Stability and Quality of Our IT Services: You will be responsible for the stable operation of our IT applications, manage interfaces between systems and departments, and ensure high quality standards as well as a future-proof and transparent application portfolio. Leading IT projects to success: You will take on responsibility for strategic IT projects, coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, on time, and within budget. Implementing Strategy Operationally: You will shape the implementation of the corporate and IT strategy within your area of responsibility, continuously refine processes, and establish sustainable structures for knowledge transfer and collaboration. Driving technological advancement: Using your technical expertise, you will continuously develop our IT architecture, methods, and tools, consistently aligning them with business requirements and future technologies such as cloud computing and AI. Analyzing and optimizing processes: You analyze end-to-end processes in IT service and service provider management and develop them in a targeted manner to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency, and professionalism. Promote innovation and collaboration: You will maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders, monitor technological trends, and contribute new ideas for the further development of our IT to relevant committees and working groups. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in leading IT teams or managing IT projects, as well as in overseeing external service providers You possess in-depth knowledge of the structure, functionality, and architecture of complex IT systems and have mastered methodological project management and service management competencies in both theory and practice (e.g., IPMA/GPM, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL—desirable).
