We are looking for a Working Student Change Management for Data & AI (m/f/d), based in Munich.
Your Team
At Allianz Commercial, our Agile Transformation & Change Management team is a group of dedicated change and training experts. We support the organization through transformation by preparing, promoting, managing, and reinforcing change. Our goal is to help colleagues successfully adopt new tools, systems, and ways of working.
We deliver clear communications and engaging trainings, offer expert advice and coaching, and empower leaders and teams to navigate change with confidence.
As part of our digital transformation journey, we are focused on building a strong data and AI culture across Allianz Commercial. This means helping every employee gain the skills and knowledge they need to use data effectively and to integrate AI into their everyday work. Whether it’s identifying inefficiencies or automating repetitive tasks, we aim to make daily work more impactful through smart use of technology.
We work closely with key stakeholders to design and implement change strategies that support our data literacy and data champion programs.
The Impact You Will Have
As a Working Student in the Agile Transformation & Change Management team at Allianz Commercial, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation initiatives. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects that drive digital and cultural change across the organization.
Your work will help us promote data and AI literacy, improve communication around change, and support employees in adopting new tools and processes. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain valuable insights into agile ways of working, and help shape the future of how we work at Allianz Commercial.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
* You will support knowledge management by creating engaging blog articles, emails, and updates on AI and Data topics for our internal Connect page.
* You will contribute to the development of content that educates employees about change initiatives and their impact.
* You will help coordinate and manage upskilling sessions within our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors).
* You will assist in organizing training schedules and preparing learning materials.
* You will support the creation and execution of communication plans that clearly explain our change strategies.
* You will draft and review communication materials to ensure consistent and clear messaging.
* You will design engaging presentations to communicate updates, strategies, and metrics to various stakeholders.
* You will assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
* You will support the creation of reports and dashboards to share insights and track progress.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
* You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
* You have a strong interest in AI, data, and change management.
* You have excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* You are a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
* You are eager to learn, with a proactive mindset and openness to new challenges.
* You have a willingness to explore how AI can enhance your work and contribute to broader business goals.
* You have very good communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
Further Information:
* Duration at least 6 months (preferably longer)
* Working hours: 20 hours/week
* Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
