Legal Counsel (f/m/d) EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA regionReviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contractsWork on different projectsReviewing and drafting legal documents for campaignsCollating billing informationAssisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documentsInvolvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-outConducting legal research
Requirements:
Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with relevant post-qualification experience, working experience at a law firm preferredProven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environmentExperience in data privacy a plus but not a mustExperience and knowledge in competition/cartel law a plus but not a mustGood communication skills (spoken and written) in dealing with business stakeholders at all levelsBusiness English essential (German a plus)Proactive working style with a business pragmatic approachTeam focus along with the willingness to also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business' needsOrganised and structured working styleProficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and management and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus
