What we are looking for You have completed a relevant university degree, as well as a doctorate and a habilitation, or equivalent research and aca-demic achievements. You are passionate about innovation and have extensive experience in digital teaching, as well as proven methodological and didactic skills. You have extensive experience of working with interdisciplinary research teams and of acquiring third-party funding. You demonstrate team spirit and strong intercultural skills and are willing to play a key role in shaping the development of a new type of university by actively participating in a dynamic, agile and global team. You are characterized by initiative, flexibility, 'thinking outside the box', a passion for new technologies, and a desire to break through traditional structures. We expect you to have an excellent command of English and be adept at using all digital tools.
