Your tasks
9. Proactively plan the warehouse and ensure it is equipped to meet requirements
10. Efficiently manage material and information flows, from delivery to dispatch
11. Optimize processes and accompany the annual inventory
12. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards, including GMP, GDP, occupational safety and dangerous goods regulations
13. Leading the team clearly, promoting talent and strengthening collaboration
Your profile
14. Completed training in logistics and extensive experience in warehouse management
15. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
16. Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines and their practical application in day-to-day work
17. A high degree of initiative, a structured way of thinking and a responsible approach to work
18. Valid forklift license and experience in handling electric pallet trucks
19. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
20. Confident handling of ERP systems; knowledge of lean methods is an advantage
