About the Role
We are looking for an AI Agent Officer to design and deploy intelligent HR agents that transform the recruitment process. You will build a system that automates candidate screening, communication, and decision support for recruiters. This role can be project-based or ongoing, depending on scope and delivery goals.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement AI agents for HR and talent acquisition workflows.
* Develop orchestration logic for agent collaboration and context sharing.
* Integrate agents with existing ATS, CRM, and internal HR systems.
* Optimize recruitment pipelines through automation, analytics, and feedback loops.
* Ensure data quality, transparency, and compliance with hiring policies.
* Collaborate with HR, data, and engineering teams to align solutions with business needs.
* Continuously improve agent performance using user feedback and model evaluation.
Requirements
* Proven experience building or deploying AI agents or chat-based automation tools.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR tech platforms.
* Hands-on skills with Python, LLM frameworks, and API integration.
* Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or conversational AI systems.
* Experience in project delivery or startup-style prototyping.
* Clear communication and ability to translate business goals into technical design.
* English proficiency.
