For our department Ticketing & Travel Store Airport within General Services, we are looking for a (an):
Summer Student - Administrative Agent Ticketing and Sales (m/f/x)
Main duties:
* Inventory management
* Administrative tasks linked to bookings (confirmations, factures, e-vouchers)
* Queue Management in front of the agency and people redirection in case of need
* Work in shifts: Early 05 :00 Day 09 :00 et Late 12 :45.
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
* Be registered at a school, academy or university
* Minimum age of 18 years
* Be people and client oriented
* Have general administrative skills
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have strong organization capacity and demonstrate strong accuracy
* Be computer literate (competent in using MS Office products)
* Be fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English (written and spoken).
Missions from 13/07/2026 till 13/09/2026 (4 weeks at least - 8 weeks max)
