WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Drive advanced technologies in the field of electronic materials
2. Be the key contact for innovation and technology players in advanced market fields like IC/Semiconductors/Automotive/Networks and Industry
3. Lead discussions of new technology ideas from start to mass production, be involved in the development steps of future advanced materials in IC/Semiconductor market
4. Develop your individual strategy by region, market and/or application to reach the aligned goals
5. Define, execute and monitor strategic target accounts incl. demand analysis and midterm target setting
6. Maintain and increase existing technology and future project pipelines with customers/partners to the next level
7. Identify technological trends within your area of responsibility, consolidate requirements and drive/initiate new material developments
8. Coordinate projects with global R&D teams, factories and sales, be involved in various steps to bring new technologies to market
9. Be part of a new organizational set-up, grow with the group, bring in your ideas to develop the organization and yourself
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
10. Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
11. 5- years of working experience in advanced electronic market fields
12. Advanced electronics, materials or chemical science background is beneficial to bridge the technology discussions between internal and external R&D centers with the influence of new chemical material formulations
13. High level of technical understanding in the relevant electronic materials area and an active mindset to develop business potential
14. In-depth experience in analyzing product, customer and market demands in the relevant electronic material fields
15. Independent working style, analytical and strategic thinking
16. Communication skills across all levels of the company, customer and team orientation
17. Fluency in German and English
