Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our warehouse teams with one field manager and technicians in your area.
* To promote a culture of trust and respect, you will organize, inform, motivate and coach your team.
* You will be responsible for process and service quality.
* Based on targeted evaluations of key figures, you will lead the future strategy and corresponding operational measures.
* This also includes initiating, leading and participating in strategic and operational major projects in your region.
* You will maintain relationships with our existing customers.
* In your role, you will be responsible for the operational setup of new branch offices (warehouses).
* You will support the recruitment team in the selection process for new field managers.
What You Bring
* You bring several years of experience in leadership and coordination as well as optimization of service processes with a strong customer focus.
* You have successfully completed a degree or equivalent qualification.
* You have a basic understanding of technology and experience in the measurement services industry is an advantage.
* Entrepreneurial thinking, interest in innovative solutions and the ability to set clear goals for the team, communicate and drive them forward distinguish you.
* You are a strong communicator and coach for your colleagues.
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills round out your profile.
* Your German language skills correspond to at least C1 level, and your English language skills are good both verbally and in writing.
* You are willing to attend regular business trips.
