Job Description
As a technical sales specialist for our data center services, you will be the face of our expertise. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective customers.
1. Sales & Client Support:
o You will act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert knowledge and consultation to potential clients.
o You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts based on their technical needs.
o You will conduct product demos and presentations to communicate the value proposition of our data center services.
o You will build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
o You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new business acquisition.
o You will assist in creating proposals and documentation for client solutions.
o You will provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
* Experience:
o An associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
o A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role is required.
o Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry, is required.
* Skills:
o Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards, racking, and power distribution.
o Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.
o Familiarity with network topologies, protocols, and concepts.
o Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
o Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.
