Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership
* Define and execute the store strategy, drive KPIs, and ensure the achievement of budget and business objectives.
* Act as an ambassador of the Maison, fully embodying its values and culture.
Client Experience
* Ensure an exceptional client experience and implement effective clienteling strategies.
* Promote client loyalty through engagement, acquisition, and retention.
* Manage CRM activities, the integration of digital tools, and oversee the most delicate sales or after-sales situations in compliance with company procedures.
Team Management
* Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and growth plans.
* Promote a couture service–oriented mindset, ensure effective communication, and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
* Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor regulations.
Product & Operations
* Oversee stockroom activities and inventory processes, ensuring security, rotation, and proper product management, including end-of-season returns.
* Ensure full operational compliance, store maintenance, and accurate reporting on sales and costs.
Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping
* Ensure the correct implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
* Maintain high standards of store image and cleanliness.
* Collaborate with Headquarters for continuous updates and improvements.
