Leading Data Centre Main Contractor
A leading international main contractor specialising in data centre and mission-critical projects is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Frankfurt. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex projects within one of Europe’s fastest-growing sectors.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of large-scale data centre projects. Working closely with project and commercial teams, you will support all financial, contractual, and cost management responsibilities to ensure successful project outcomes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial and contractual aspects of major data centre projects
* Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, valuations, and cashflow forecasts
* Assist with procurement, tendering, and subcontractor package management
* Review and negotiate subcontractor terms, variations, and claims
* Produce accurate monthly commercial reports and cost/value reconciliations
* Ensure project costs are monitored, controlled, and reported effectively
* Work closely with project managers to ensure commercial alignment
* Support risk management, change control, and variation processes
* Attend project meetings and liaise with the wider commercial and delivery teams
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, contract terms, and industry standards
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
* Experience in data centres, mission-critical, MEP, or commercial/industrial projects is highly desirable
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple packages and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
* Fluent English is essential; German is a benefit but not mandatory

* €50,000 – €85,000 salary (dependent on experience)
