To further strengthen their governance, the Management Team is looking to onboard a seasoned Head of Compliance . You will join a highly skilled and mature compliance team (with members holding over 10 years of experience). The ambition for this role is to find a senior leader who can act as a true mentor to further elevate the knowledge and expertise of the senior staff over the coming years. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by the partners, you will work independently and lead a small, dedicated compliance team (acting as the second line of defense): Leadership knowledge of German is considered a strong asset. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg's laws and regulatory framework. Soft Skills: A mature approach to communication and leadership, an independent yet team-oriented work style, and a desire to share knowledge.
