About the role Reckitt is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our Essential Home business. In this pivotal role, youu2019ll provide strategic HR leadership across a wide range of topics u2013 from talent attraction and transformation to labour relations and people cost management u2013 in a startup-like, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities Provide strategic HR guidance across all areas including talent attraction, employee engagement, labour relations, rewards & benefits, and organisational development for our Essential Home business in DACH & Nordics Lead and implement HR transformation projects in a fast-changing, agile setup Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on HR strategy and business priorities Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local labour laws across multiple European markets Manage people costs and workforce planning with a focus on lean organisational structures Drive employee transition and separation processes in close collaboration with Legal, Finance and Business Build strong relationships across the business and foster a culture of performance and development The experience we're looking for More than 5 years of senior HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar leadership role Proven track record in managing complex transformations and organisational change In-depth knowledge of labour law and hands-on experience in labour relations, including collective bargaining in European markets Expertise in people cost management and organisational design Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity Fluent in English and German What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
