The Role
• Coach cross-functional product development teams on SAFe agile methodologies for a communication platform.
• Support teams in complying with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the railway sector (Annex VII – Directive 2012/34/EU).
• Identify, prioritize, and address impediments to ensure continuous progress using an Impediment Backlog.
• Facilitate agile meetings such as Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and ART meetings.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of agile artifacts including backlogs, boards, burndown charts, and PI Objectives.
• Advocate for agile values, principles, and methods within the team, ART, and among stakeholders (SAFe and Agile Manifesto).
What You'll Need
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar agile IT project role.
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and coaching teams/individuals.
• Excellent proficiency in Confluence and Jira for documentation, board management, and metric analysis.
• Strong methodological skills in agile product development (e.g., requirements management, software development, QA, UX/Design, Product Owner/Backlog Management).
• Proven moderation, communication, and conflict management skills (e.g., mediation, stakeholder management).
