Junior Controller
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Our client is seeking a Junior Controller. In this role you will be responsible for consolidating financial information from global subsidiaries, creating reports and performance analyses, and contributing to the transparency and direction of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the global organisation
* Support the planning and coordination of company-wide budgeting and forecasting
* Generate key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analyses, and ad hoc reports to support executive-level decision-making
* Develop clear, structured financial reports and presentations tailored to senior management
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of reporting systems and controlling processes
* Collaborate closely with international controlling teams, providing support and acting as a reliable business partner
Your Profile:
* University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
* Initial experience in controlling or finance; international corporate exposure is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and dependable work approach
* Ability to communicate complex financial topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative
* Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
* Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
