Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Development of the annual marketing calendar; planning, execution, and post-processing of promotions, events, and in-house exhibitions (including evaluation & communication)
2. Customer (wholesale, retail and installer) & Sales Support: Creation of marketing packages for key initiatives, handling customer/sales inquiries (presentations, information), local adaptation of materials, and support for exclusive customer assortments
3. Digital Marketing: Support digital activities including customer online platforms and conception/text/design of e-mail newsletters in coordination with relevant departments
4. Brand Experience: Ensure strong brand presence trough definition of effective product placements and related campaigns in alignment with sales.
5. Advertising & PR: Coordination of advertising activities (briefing agencies, sending to customers), alignment of the content plan with PR colleagues, handling of retail associations
6. Budget Management: Marketing Budget - planning, order creation, reporting
Your Profile:
7. experience in trade marketing and the tasks and related formal education
8. project management skills and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
9. strong communication and execution skills when working with stakeholders e.g. sales, brand marketing and retail partners
10. creativity with commercial focus and proactive mindset
11. fluent in German and English
