Salary: €60.000 – €85.000 (depending on experience) + Healthcare Package

About the Role:
You will be a part of the European team, and will play a crucial role, providing hospitals with dosimetry and physics-related training, advice, technical support and assisting as a problem solver. This is also a hands-on role, where you can still get involved with clinical work but get involved in technical work, product improvement and learn more about the commercial side of Radiotherapy.
Prerequisites:
Firstly, you must have a Clinical Background and a great understanding of Radiotherapy. You must also be able to speak German fluently .
In addition, you also need:
* BSc. or MSc. in Medical Physics, Dosimetry, or related discipline
* 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Radiotherapy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong presentation skills (ability to effectively talk to a group via phone/remote meetings/face-to-face)
* Strong technical aptitude
* Experience with web-based applications and software
* Comfortable with learning new technologies and industry standards
* Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
* Willingness to travel up to 60%
* Technical training/education/support experience in a professional or academic environment is an advantage
What will your Responsibilities be in the Role?
In this position, you will be required to:
* Respond to customer product inquiries via phone, email or chat sessions
* Resolve customer concerns raised regarding the operation of equipment, maintenance, product applications or compatibility matters
* Perform daily customer-centric activities, demonstrating expert technical product knowledge with interpersonal skills
* Provide high-performance customer support during on-site installation, training etc and help with any necessary diagnoses and troubleshooting of systems
* Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
* Collaborate with clinical physicists to provide customized high-level technical training when required
* Identify customer needs and work with internal teams to provide support
* Demonstrate a broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, networking, software, and physics applications in the clinic.
* Provide product feedback and work with global peers to align on best practices and processes
* Attend conferences and trade shows as needed
