Auf Basis fundierter Analysen von Verkaufskennzahlen, Performance-Daten und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen schaffst du Transparenz, unterstützt strategische Entscheidungen und wirkst direkt auf Umsatz- und Wachstumspotenziale ein.
1. Analyse zentraler Vertriebskennzahlen wie Sales-Pipelines, Forecasts, Provisionsmodelle und Vertriebsziele sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
2. Proaktive Analyse von Sales- und Service-Performance-Daten zur Unterstützung der Vertriebssteuerung sowie Identifikation von Wachstums- und Effizienzpotenzialen
3. Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Managementfunktionen sowie aktive Vorantreibung von Entscheidungsprozessen
