WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Administration, setup and monitoring of special applications in the product development areas with hybrid servers and clients
2. Support in setting up special application test environments
3. Implementation of the necessary measures for operation and data backup in close coordination with our central IT department
4. Engineering Capability Management Special hardware procurement, rule swaps (control), license management
5. Business relationship management - for special IT service and infrastructure issues
6. Management and service provider control for "remote" engineering (CITRIX or similar)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
7. Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a degree in computer science or similar
8. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, system concepts and virtual server and client environments in practical application
9. Sound knowledge in the operation and administration of server/client operating systems (Windows, Linux, ESX)
10. ESX, RedHat and Microsoft certifications for the above-mentioned areas of activity are desirable
11. Experience in the administration of HPC clusters and software development environments desirable
12. Self-initiative, independent, team-oriented, goal-oriented and structured way of working
13. Customer orientation and strong communication skills
14. Very good knowledge of German and English
