What This Role Offers As (Senior) Account Executive at remberg, you will proactively engage decision-makers, craft tailored strategies to win them over as customers, and guide them through the sales process—from initial contact to closing. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they maximize their value with remberg's solutions. The Impact You’ll Have Lead engagement & conversion: Proactively approach pre-qualified decision-makers, develop strategies to win them over, and guide them from first contact to contract signing. Tailored sales approach: Present customized solutions via online demos, calls, and on-site meetings, facilitating effective 30-day free trials for high-potential leads. Trusted advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, demonstrating remberg’s value in optimizing installation, service, maintenance, and repair while addressing objections professionally. Stakeholder management: Identify and involve all relevant stakeholders (e.g., operations, IT, leadership) to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Pipeline & forecasting: Continuously manage and optimize your HubSpot pipeline to ensure accurate quarterly forecasting. Customer insights & collaboration: Share feedback from customer interactions with Product Teams to drive solution improvements and refine our go-to-market strategy. How You’ll Grow with Us B2B sales experience: 2 years in B2B software sales (ideally SaaS) with a proven track record of success. Customer engagement & communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with customers, combined with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Problem-solving skills: Ability to remain calm in challenging situations, dive deep into problems, and develop creative solutions. Proactivity & teamwork: Proactive, idea-driven, and a reliable team player who consistently delivers on commitments.
