We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Partner Solutions Architect (AI/Apps) to drive our partner’s security transformation within the EMEA Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team. This partner‑facing role owns the apps‑focused technical relationship and strategy between the partner and Microsoft.
Enterprise Partner Sales, part of Microsoft’s Industry & Partner Sales (IPS) organization, is accountable for building and co‑selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services with our global Enterprise partners. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high‑value management consultancies (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies, working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.
By leveraging your skills in technical leadership, cloud computing, problem solving and systems architecture, you will ensure that partner solutions are optimized for performance and cost‑efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Guide Solution Development & Activation – Lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings that align with Microsoft Cloud priorities. Focus on ensuring these solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and tailored to meet evolving customer needs.
* Empower Innovation – Run technical innovation workshops, tech briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies and shape partner offerings.
* Strategic Sales Enablement – Provide architectural guidance, resolve technical blockers, and enhance solution design to activate transformational deals, contributing directly to cloud workload consumption and revenue impact.
* Champion Technical Excellence – Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof‑of‑concepts, and MVP builds, ensuring solutions follow Microsoft’s Cloud and AI best practices and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
* Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Build long‑term engagements with strategic partners, influencing adoption of Microsoft technologies and developing deep technical relationships with CXOs to foster executive alignment.
* Partner Enablement & Business Acumen – Coach partner technical teams to embed pre‑sales, deployment, and consumption in solution development, helping partners navigate technical challenges, competitive landscapes, and translate technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
* OR equivalent experience.
* Proven ability to lead or contribute to delivery of complex, deep technical projects in customer‑facing environments, ensuring successful outcomes in remote or distributed settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
* OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a customer‑facing role (internal and/or external).
* Experience working on technical projects.
* Technical Certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) and security certifications.
