Would you like to join the MaxMara Munich Team as Cashier?
The Cashier is responsible for finalizing and guaranteeing the accuracy of the sales process through payment by the customer. Checking the accuracy of cash flows and the money circulating through company procedures. Ensuring that administrative obligations are fulfilled correctly.
You’ll be in charge of:
* Manages cash balancing: in case of shortages or redundancies, reports them to the Cashier Coordinator or Store Operation Manager;
* Manages the balancing of the cash fund deposited in the safe;
* Manages the balancing of invoices issued in the name of the company.
* Manages telephone and email requests from consumers or HQ;
* Manages the first level of complaints (e.g. size changes, telephone complaint management, etc.);
* Manages agreements with suppliers (tailoring and dyeing), ensuring that the work is carried out within the established deadlines;
* Guarantees the maintenance of order in the checkout area;
* Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities;
* Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community.
* Knows the collections and special projects present in the store;
* Knows the products and advertising campaigns of the Group/Brand present online and offline;
* He knows the product, the market trends, the assortment of the point of sale and its commercial value, also in relation to any discounts.
* It deals with the registration of consumers during the payment phase, in compliance with the rules established by the GDPR;
* He takes care to leave a good image of the company to the consumer, as the final interlocutor;
* It guarantees a high level of front office towards the consumer (concierge activity).
If you:
* Have experience at least 3 years working as Cashier, preferably in a luxury/fashion field
* Are an excellent communicator
* Lead by example
* Are customer oriented and you provide a wonderful customer experience in store
* Are Goal Oriented Mind
* Are passionate about fashion and have a good understanding of fashion brands
* Are a proficient user with the digital tools in store
* Are a problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Are flexible in schedule
* Good knowledge of German and English language
