Legal Counsel – Labour Law
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Counsel specialising in labour law to support our HR and leadership teams. This role involves advising on works council matters, labour law compliance, and employee relations while collaborating on company-wide labour policies and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal guidance on labour law to HR and leadership teams.
* Support negotiations and drafting of works council agreements.
* Develop internal labour law policies and processes.
* Conduct training sessions on collective labour law.
* Collaborate with external law firms and internal legal teams.
* Monitor legislative changes and work with the Public Policy team on labour regulations.
Your Profile:
* Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination).
* 1-4 years of experience in collective labour law, either in-house (preferably in tech) or at a law firm.
* Strong experience working with works councils.
* Fluent in English (company language).
