In this role, you will lead sales growth initiatives and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) within your assigned region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sales growth and achieve KPIs (revenue, gross margin, share of wallet) within your assigned region.
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
* Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
